Line Cook - Mixtape
Mixtape is a new, mixed fare, full-service premium restaurant concept. The restaurant is socially engaging, as well as family-friendly. Upscale takes on modern-American cuisine, complimented by a full-service bar with a deep focus on gin. Mixtape features simple dishes with an inspired rework, focusing on sourcing premium ingredients. Basically, we like to come up with really delicious food and then we stick it on the menu hoping to see big smiles from people when they try it - it gives us a huge rush when they smile.
Mixtape is a fun and casual environment with a very positive culture. Quite honestly, if you like to smile, have fun with other people, and like to make sure everyone around you is happy, you're perfect for the job. While we might value experience, we really just want to work alongside cool people that will have our back when times get hard. We don't like drama or negativity. Work can be hard at times, especially in a fast-paced restaurant, so doing it around positive people makes it much better. As long as you can embrace the idea of being a contributing member of a team, you will build some really cool relationships at Mixtape, built on trust.
